Holding multiple college degrees, she combines exceptional analytical expertise with a thoughtful, people-centered approach to leadership. Her ability to develop sound financial strategies, identify opportunities for sustainable growth, and guide long-term organizational success has made her an invaluable leader in both business and nonprofit initiatives.
Recognized for her exceptional intellectual abilities from an early age, Shyanne participated in the Gifted and Talented Education (GATE) and enrichment programs as a child and is a proud member of Mensa. Alongside her professional accomplishments, she brings a deeply personal understanding of neurodiversity and the unique strengths and challenges experienced by individuals on the autism spectrum. Her insight and compassion help ensure that both The Pond Corporation and the Share the Magic Foundation remain committed to creating environments where every individual feels valued, included, and empowered.
Shyanne is also the heart behind Prince William's Heart, the annual memorial scholarship and family assistance program within the Share the Magic Foundation. Established in loving memory of her son, William, whom she lost before birth after enduring domestic violence and profound personal trauma, the program transforms unimaginable loss into a legacy of hope. Through Prince William's Heart, Shyanne honors not only William's life but also the lives of children gone too soon by helping families facing adversity through annual scholarships, compassionate support, and opportunities that create brighter futures. Her courage, resilience, and unwavering belief that every child deserves to be remembered, loved, and given the opportunity for a happy ending continue to inspire the Foundation's mission and touch the lives of countless families.
