The Pond would like you to meet Michael and Denise Redding, a husband-and-wife team and lifelong residents of Kansas City, Missouri. We came to real estate investing from two very different worlds—Michael spent years teaching high schoolers on the autism spectrum, and Denise was a senior executive in biotech leading cancer research—and decided the next chapter was one we wanted to write together.
Today we're the real estate investors behind Yeti or Not Properties, currently focused on the Midwest, with projects underway that include a one-of-a-kind wedding venue in Southern Missouri and a multi-asset marina and campground on the Lake of the Ozarks. We're actively growing our portfolio of RV resorts, mobile home parks, and storage facilities, and would love to connect if you share the same interest. Our faith, our three daughters, and the communities we invest in are the foundation of everything we do.
